Teachers, you are struggling right now and we know there is a deep sense of fatigue and overwhelm. Let's press the pause button!
On this short online course, you are invited to come on a journey of the psychology behind this term and explore exactly why it has been so demanding. It's not just about school - it's the world we're living in at the moment, the messages we're receiving in our social worlds and the demands that are being placed on us that we simply don't have the resources to meet. What you do in your spare time is imperative and is really the key to having the mental stamina to endure these challenging times. On this course, you are invited to take some time away from the world and reflect. There are no assignments and there are no expectations of you. This is a deeply personal project and it's something I've been working on as a way to give back to the teachers I see who are flagging.
This is an opportunity to assess your life and understand what is holding you back and what changes can be implemented to ensure a smoother journey. You will hear about a fresh new approach to psychology - from the holistic perspective, which views self-care in terms of cognitive and emotional wellness, but also in terms of physical, social, cultural, environmental and personal practices. You will learn the different between accepting what you can control and letting go of what you can't. You will realise the power of boundaries and start to look more closely at what YOU need to be your best self.
Enrol now and take advantage of the power of RESET.
